After some attempts trying to run Beryl or Compiz I gave up. They are so unstable that I had to restart X server many time during one session.
I tried both fglrx and open drivers. Xgl was slowing down system with 100% CPU usage when BMP was playing (!). And so on.
I’ve followed many step-by-step guides and nothing work to at least call it fine. Well, I wish good luck to the dev teams. They surely need it.
I took a bribe today! Well, who wouldn’t? Just take a look at the image attached. Now I will teach my sister how to multiply matrices >:-).

Przyjąłem dziś łapówkę! A kto by nie wziął? Spójrzcie no tylko na załączony obrazek. Teraz nauczę siostrę jak mnożyć macierze >:-).
Today my VMware player had informed me that there is a newer version. When I opened download site I checked ‘how newer it is’. I found out, that there has been 5048 (34682 – 29634) builds in less than 100 days (11/16 – 08/10). Which is 50 a day.
Of course I don’t think that they compiled whole system at each build, but number of upgrades in source code (at least 5048) is impressing.

Dziś mój VMware player poinformował mnie o istnieniu nowszej wersji. Gdy wszedłem na stronę dokonałem szybkiej analizy ‘o ile nowsza’. Okazało się, że aż o 5048 (34682 – 29634) kompilacji. I to zaledwie w niespełna 100 dni (16 listopada – 10 sierpnia). Wychodzi ponad 50 kompilacji dziennie.
Oczywiscie, nie sądzę żeby za każdym razem był kompilowany cały system, ale ilość ew. poprawek w kodzie (minimum 5048) jest imponująca.
